How to claim it: Please login and complete this form to apply for the program incentives.
Disclaimers: The program's $5,000 EV incentive can be applied to any new BEV of your choice, and a $1,500 incentive can be applied to any new PHEV of your choice. Hybrid vehicles do not qualify: the vehicle must plug in to charge in order to be eligible. In order to unlock the EV reimbursement, eligible employees must provide proof of vehicle purchase or lease contract and submit an application for the funds. After fulfilling the requirements and qualifying for approval, eligible employees will obtain the incentive on their paycheck within 3 months. Only one EV incentive per eligible employee. Taxes will be applied to all incentives.
In order to obtain any Smart Home discounts, eligible employees must provide proof of purchase and submit an application for the funds. Applications typically must be submitted within 30 days of technology purchase, lease, or installation, but we are currently considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis at this time. After fulfilling the requirements and qualifying for approval, employees will obtain the incentives on their paycheck within 3 months. Only one incentive type can be distributed per employee over the life of the program. Incentives are considered taxable income.
Eligible employees include full-time and part-time U.S. management and represented employees who work more than 20 hours per week. Employees working less than 20 hours per week and temporary or seasonal employees will not be eligible to participate in the program at this time. There is no waiting period for eligible new hires. Participation can begin as soon as practical after date of hire. You must be on active payroll to receive your rebate.
The program will be supported through FY23 (i.e. to March 31, 2023) while funds are available. Its continuation is not guaranteed.
Please refer to the program FAQ page for further details on the program.
